When the capes come out, the rules go out the window.
We came to Chatelherault on a whim - partly for a family walk, partly to scout locations for an upcoming portfolio session. But what we found instead was this: capes flying, sticks transformed into webs and shields, and two little boys lost in their own wild world of play.

It wasn't a styled shoot. No plan, no posing. Just a spontaneous adventure with snacks, capes and muddy knees. We played, wandered and followed whatever path they wanted to take. I brought the camera just incase and I'm so glad I did!
These kind of days are the heart of everything I do.
Their bond, their joy, their wild imaginations - they're my proudest work.
This is what I want to help other families capture, too.
Because these fleeting, messy, magic-filled chapters deserve to be remembered.
